156例老年人12导联动态心电图的心律失常分析

目的 应用动态心电图（Holter）分析老年人心律失常的发生情况及其特点。方法 分析156例老年人的动态心电图资料。结果 老年人房性早搏发生率居第1位，为96．79％，室性早搏发生率为83．97％，房性心动过速为39．10％，房颤发生率为10．90％，右束支传导阻滞、房室传导阻滞发生率分别为14．74％和11．54％，短阵室性心动过速发生率为1．28％。结论 老年人动态心电图检查可以发现各种心律失常，房性早搏发生率高于室性早搏发生率，房性心动过速发生率高于房颤发生率。

Analysis of the Occurrence and Characteristics of Arrhythmia in Old Patients by Dynamic Electrocardiogram

Objective To analyze the occurrence and the characteristics of arrhythmia in old patients by dynamic electrocardiogram. Methods The data of 156 old patients with dynamic electrocardiogram were analyzed. Results The occurrence rates of atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats, atrial tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, right bundle block, atrioventricular block, short paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia were 96.79%, 83.97% , 39.10% , 10.90% , 14.74% , 11.54%, 1.28% respectively. The first was atrial premature beats. Conclusions Various kinds of arrhythmia were found in old patitents. The incidence of atrial premature beat is higher than that of ventricular premature beats. The occurrence rate of atrial tachycardia is higher than that of atrial fibrillation.
