网络成瘾者心理健康状况与相关因素的研究

目的探讨网络成瘾者的心理健康状况、社会支持、应付方式及个性特征。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表(SSAS)、应付方式问卷(CSQ)及艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对68名研究组和70名对照组进行测评。结果研究组SCL-90总均分及躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);社会支持总分、客观支持和对社会支持的利用度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);应付方式中的自责、幻想和退避评分均显示高于对照组(P<0.01);EPQ的精神质、神经质、掩饰评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论网络成瘾者的心理健康状况较差,精神质、神经质、掩饰倾向明显,缺乏社会支持,面对压力时多采用不成熟的应对方式。

Investigation and Study of Mental Health Level and Relative Factors in Patients with Internet Addiction

Objective To explore the mental health level of patients with internet addiction and their personality characteristics,Social support and coping styles. Methods Sixty-eight patients with internet addiction and 70 normal individuals were evaluated with Sympton Checklist 90(SCL-90), Social Support Assessment Scale(SSAS), Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and Eysenck personality Questionnaire(EPQ). Results The total mean score and certain factor scores, such as somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and psychoticism, of internet addiction patients were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of social support sum, objective support and utilization level of internet addiction patients were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of self-accusation, fantasy and wince of internet addiction patients were higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).The Scores of EPQ-P?N?L of internet addiction patients were higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions The mental health level of internet addiction patients was worse. They are with apparent psychoticism, neuroticism and masked tendency, and lack of social support. The immature methods to cope with pression were usually adopted by them.
