静脉复合麻醉用于宫腔镜检术的临床研究

目的探讨喷他佐辛复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜检查术的麻醉效果及可行性。方法将80例宫腔镜检查患者随机分为两组：应用喷他佐辛者为A组（40例），应用芬太尼者为B组（40例）。比较两组术中镇痛效果，呼吸抑制及术后恶心呕吐、头晕等并发症。结果A组及B组在麻醉后均有不同程度血压下降，A组镇痛效果优于B组，呼吸抑制及术后头晕发生率明显低于B组。结论喷他佐辛复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于宫腔镜检查术，麻醉效果满意，是此种手术安全、可靠的麻醉方法之一。

Propofol-Pentazocine Combined Intravenous Anesthesia for Hysteroscope

Objective To investigate the effect and feasibility of propofol-pentazocine combined intravenous anesthesia for hyst-eroscope. Methods 80 patients suffered hysteroscope were divided into two groups randomly. Group A was general anesthesia with propofol and pentazocine（40 cases） and group B has propofol and fentanyl（40 cases）. The effect of analgesia,respiratory depression , postoperative nausea and vomiting, dizziness and other complications were compare between 2 groups. Results Blood pressure decreased in different levels after anesthesia in Group A and B. Effect of analgesia in group A was better than in group B. Respiratory depression,postoperative dizziness in group A was less than in group B. Conclusion Propofol-pentazocine combined intravenous anesthesia for hysteroscope has satisfied anesthetic effect,it is a safe and reliable method of anesthesia.
