桃红三虫汤对0级糖尿病足的疗效及机制探讨

摘    要:目的探讨桃红三虫汤对0级糖尿病足的疗效及对血清MMP-9和IGF-1的影响。方法采用随机数表法将60例糖尿病足患者分为对照组及治疗组,对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗基础上加用桃红三虫汤进行治疗。观察并比较2组患者症状积分、临床治疗有效率、血清金属机制蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的水平。结果治疗组临床治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P〈0.05);2组患者治疗后症状积分均显著降低(P〈0.05),且治疗组降低更为明显(P〈0.05);2组患者治疗后血清MMP-9水平显著降低(P〈0.05),而IGF-1水平则显著升高(P〈0.05),且治疗组以上变化更为明显(P〈0.05)。结论桃红三虫汤对0级糖尿病足疗效确切,可能机制为调节MMP-9级IGF-1等体液因子。

Clinical efficacy and mechanism study of taohongsanchong decoction in treatment of diabetic foot

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of taohongsanchong decoction in treatment of diabetic foot with Wag- ner grades 0, and effect on the serum levels of MMP-9 and IGF-1. Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot were and ran- domly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received the regular treatment, while treatment group received additional treatment of taohongsanchong decoction. The symptom score, effective rate, serum levels of MMP-9 and IGF-I were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (93.33 % vs. 83.33, P 〈 0.05 ) ; The symptom score in both groups de- creased significantly after treatments( P 〈 0.05 ), but more significantly in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the serum level of MMP-9 decreased while serum level of IGF-1 increased siguificantly in all patients after treatments (P 〈 0.05 ), but more significantly in treatment group as compared with control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Taohongsanchong decoction shows confirmed effects in treatment of diabetic foot, probably via regulating humoral factors such as MMP-9 and IGF-1.
