| 摘 要： | "卫教研管"战略是指在示范化的社区卫生服务中心内,将"六位一体"的卫生服务、对在职和非在职人员的教学教育、社区卫生服务的科学研究以及对本中心管理的实践结合在一起,进行整体实施的工程.该工程的特点是以"六位一体"的卫生服务为基础,以对在职和非在职人员的教学教育为龙头,以中心管理的实践为支撑点,以科学研究为发展源泉.在中国东部积极实施社区卫生服务"卫教研管"战略建设,对带动中国整体卫生服务事业的发展具有重要的作用.

| Abstract: | The strategy of "health service,medical education,study and mandgement" is a whole of health service in community health service center after constructing the demonstrationthe of community health service.The strategy consisted of the hygiene service of the "liu wei yi ti",the education of incumbency personnel and not-incumbency personnel,the community health service study and the fulfillment to manage to this center.In the development,it is positive to put into practice community health service in Chinese eastern region it is also important to develop the business of the whole hygiene service in China. |
