| 摘 要： | 目的观察曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心脏病心功能不全的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择116例缺血性心脏病心功能不全患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组成56例。对照组给予正规抗心力衰竭治疗;治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d。两组疗程均为6个月。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、左室舒张末内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、血清B型尿钠肽（BNP）、6分钟步行试验及药物不良反应等。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的75.0%（P〈0.05）;在LVEDD、LVEF、6分钟步行距离结果及BNP改善的程度等方面,治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组发生药物不良反应少而轻微。结论缺血性心脏病心功能不全患者长期服用曲美他嗪可使心功能改善,安全有效。
