对26例前列腺癌患者的长期随诊观察

目的通过对26例前列腺癌患者进行双向转诊与转出是为了更准确定地进行诊断和准确地治疗;同时还可对社区医院诊断符合率予以验证,利于基层医院诊疗技术的不断提高。方法对26例前列腺癌患者进行双向转诊与转出,对转回的26例前列腺癌患者实施每月一次的连续随访。结果在随访过程中关注前列腺特异抗原（PSA）的变化,随PSA高低选择是否再继续给予激素、化疗或放射治疗。健康体检时要进行PSA筛查,以助早期发现前列腺癌,以便早期接受治疗,控制率达到96.2%;连续跟踪随访有助于及时发现病情变化,及时反馈给上级医院,使患者及时获得新的救治,相对生存率为100%（26/26）,弥补了大医院不能按时追踪随诊的缺憾。回访率100.0%。结论对转回的26例前列腺癌患者实施每月一次的连续随访,防止了不连续或漏访现象的发生。不仅方便患者,也减轻了大医院就诊压力,可缓解看病难、看病贵的社会矛盾。

A Long-term Follow-up of 26 Patients with Prostate Cancer
