摘    要:目的探讨多元化教学法在影像专业物理诊断学教学中的效果。方法采用多元化教学方法进行物理诊断教学,包括启发式教学、趣味教学、心肺听诊模拟人、肝脾触诊模拟人、录像、CAI课件等,并与既往传统式教学方法相比较。结果多元化教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学方法,学生成绩明显高于对照组,是一种新的医学教学模式,调动学生学习的积极性,锻炼了学生的动手操作能力,有利于逐步培养学生的临床思维能力。结论多元化教学法是适应于现代医学实验、实践教学改革的必不可少的教学方法之一,通过多元化教学法提高了教学质量和教学效果,为临床实习打下了牢固的基础。

Diverse Teaching Methods in Teaching Physical Examination

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Diverse teaching methods for physical diagnosis of clinical teaching. Methods A variety of teaching methods were used in physical diagnosis teaching,including heuristic teaching,fun teaching,heart and lung ans- cuhation of human analogue liver and spleen palpation of human analogue, video, CAI courseware, and comparison with the previous traditional teaching methods. Results The new method is better than traditional in many ways, it can mobilize the enthusiasm of students, train the students hands-on ability and thinking ability. Conclusion the diversified teaching method is essential to modern medical experiment and practice teaching,by adopting new teaching method will help to improve teaching quality and effectiveness , and lay a solid foundation, for clinical internship .
