| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析16例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果16例患者均经胃肠减压、营养支持、应用生长抑素和激素等非手术治疗治愈。平均治疗时间13.5 d(4~24 d)。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻有典型肠梗阻症状、体征,采用非手术治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,dignosis and treatment of the early postoperative inflammatory ileus (EPII).Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of EPII was analyzed retrospectively.Results 16 patients recovered after conservative treatment including gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,somatostation,TPN and other medications.The mean cure time was 13.5 days.Conclusions EPII occurs mostly in the latter 2 weeks postopratiely,have typical symptoms and signs of the intestinal obstruction.Conservative treatment can gain good curative results. |
