目的探讨医院固定资产信息化管理的构建。方法针对医院固定资产信息化管理现状和传统管理模式存在的弊端，论述了固定资产信息化管理的必要性。利用现代信息网络技术手段，筑建完备的信息化管理平台，形成管理科学的软件系统，借助网络信息提出信息化的构建及信息化在医院固定资产实际管理中应用，提高资产使用效益。结果固定资产信息化管理规范了资产管理流程，实现了固定资产信息的互通共享和固定资产的全程管理及可追溯管理，避免信息孤岛，加快信息交流。结论固定资产信息化管理使资产管理具有更深的管理层次，提高管理效率，逐步实现医院工作决策科学化、管理规范化和信息资源的共享，保证医院国有资产安全完整，促进卫生事业健康发展和经济效益持续增长．
