支气管袖状成形肺叶切除术治疗中心型肺癌48例

目的总结支气管袖状成形肺叶切除术治疗中心型肺癌的经验。方法回顾支气管袖状成形肺叶切除术治疗中心型肺癌48例的临床资料,其中右肺上叶袖状切除14例,左肺上叶袖状切除24例,左肺下叶袖状切除6例,右中下肺叶袖状切除4例。同时行肺动脉侧壁切除6例,肺动脉袖状切除4例,半隆突切除2例,左心房部分切除1例。结果全组无死亡病例,并发症发生率22.9%（11/48）,1年、3年、5年的生存率分别为85%（39/46）、54%（19/36）、33%（6/18）。结论支气管袖状成形肺切除术治疗中心型肺癌,进一步减少了全肺切除的比率,扩大了肺癌的手术适应证,最大限度地保存了肺功能,取得了满意的临床效果。

Surgical Treatment of 48 Cases of Central Type Lung Cancer by Bronchial Sleeve Lobectomy
