通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法180例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组。120例口服通心络胶囊,3次/d,3粒/次,疗程4周;60例口服消心痛,3次/d,10 mg/次为对照,观察心绞痛缓解情况及心电图变化。结果通心络胶囊缓解心绞痛症状总有效率94.2%,显效率75.8%;消心痛组总有效率88.3%,显效率55.0%;经统计学处理两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但显效率分别为75.8%、55.0%,采用χ2检验(P<0.05)两组差异有统计学意义;心电图改善情况通心络胶囊总有效率61.7%,消心痛组总有效率36.7%,采用χ2检验(P<0.01)两组有统计学意义差异。结论通心络胶囊对改善缺血性心电图及缓解心绞痛症状方面较消心痛显著。

Abstract:Objective To research the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on the heartstroke resulted from coronary artery disease.Methods 180 patients with heartstroke were divided into two groups.Tongxinluo Capsule for oral use,3 pills,ter in die,was given to 120 patients.Meanwhile,60 cases taking orally dinitrosorbide,10 mg,ter in die,served as control.The degrees of angina and changes of electrocardiogram were recorded and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of Tongxinluo Capsule and dinitrosorbide relieving stenocardia symptom were 94.2% and 88.3% respectively,without statistical significant difference(P>0.05).The excellent rates of stenocardia relief in the both groups were 75.8% and 55.0% respectively,which were significant difference in chi-squared test.The effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on the patients' electrocardiogram were better than dinitrosorbide(P<0.01).Conclusions The curative effects of Tongxinluo Capsule on the patients' heartstroke surpass that of dinitrosorbide.
