摘    要:目的调查本地区病人血液感染的细菌种类及耐药状况。方法检测并分析我院2004年1月-2005年5月963份血液培养阳性资料。结果963份血培养标本检出细菌90株,其中革兰阳性菌78株(86.6%),革兰阴性菌11株(12.2%),念珠菌1株(1.11%)。结论血培养细菌种类因病种而异,儿科败血症病原菌以表皮葡萄球菌为主要感染菌。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the kinds of bacteria and their drug resistance in local patients blood cultures.Methods The data of 963 positive blood cultures in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to May 2005 were analyzed.Results Among the 963 blood cultures, 90 bacterial strains were detected. There were 78 strains of Gram-positive bacteria (86.6%), 11 strains of Gram-negative bacteria (12.2%) and 1 strain of candida.Conclusions The Kinds of bacteria in blood cultures vary with different diseases and the staphylococcus epidermidis is the main pathogenic bacteria of pediatric septicemia.
