| 摘 要： | 目的观察蜀葵辅助治疗河豚鱼中毒的疗效。方法将60例河豚鱼中毒患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例）,治疗组在常规西医对症治疗护理的基础上加用蜀葵辅助治疗,观察两组中毒患者的病情变化。结果两组比较：治疗组比对照组治愈率提高30%（P〈0.05）,病死率降低13.4%（P〈0.01）,后遗症减少23%（P〈0.01）。治疗组疗效和对照组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论蜀葵辅助治疗河豚鱼中毒效果确切,患者无不良反应,为抢救河豚鱼中毒患者开辟了一条新的治疗护理途径。
