| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性闭角性青光眼患者的心理变化特征及心理护理干预效果。方法回顾性分析对照我院近2年82例急性闭角性青光眼患者的心理护理干预前后的效果。结果82例患者经心理护理干预后，平均3．5d眼压值降至适于手术，心理状态稳定，均痊愈出院。结论加强对急性闭角性青光眼患者的心理护理干预有助于提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate psychology characteristics changing and the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Effect of psychology nursing intervention on 82 patients with acute angle- closure glaucoma was analyzed retrospective. Results The intraocular pressure of all 82 patients was reduced to suitable for operation after the mean 3.5 days treatment psychological nursing intervention, and all patients were recovered. Conclusion It＇ s helpful to improve the curative effect by enhancing psychology nursing intervention for patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma. |
