| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与血脂的关系。方法32例高血压病作为研究对象,30例正常健康者为对照组,分别检测Hcy、血脂。结果高血压病患者血浆Hcy及Lp(a)(脂蛋白a)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),同时高血压病合并糖尿病、冠心病及脑梗死患者血浆Hcy、Lp(a)水平更高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高血压病患者Hcy、Lp(a)水平增高可能参与高血压的发生及血管病变形成,是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serocym level of homocysteine(Hcy) and lipid in patients with hypertension.Methods 32 patients with hypertension were observed.30 health adults were controls.They were measured serocym level of Hcy and lipid, respectively.Results The serocym level of Hcy and lipid were higher in patients with hypertension than that in controls(P<0.01).In patients with hypertension complicated coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus, cerebral infarction, the serocym level of Hcy and Lp(a) were higher than that in controls(P<0.01).Conclusions High levels of serocym Hcy and Lp(a) may contribute to the develop of hypertension and the vessel disease. They may be independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease and cerebral vessels disease. |
