摘    要:目的优化医疗服务,预防医疗纠纷。方法查阅文献显示医疗纠纷发生的主要原因是护患沟通欠缺和不足。进而分析影响护患沟通的因素:①沟通环境;②护理人员的专业素质、沟通技能、护患沟通技巧;③患者及家属的文化背景和社会经历等。并针对影响护患沟通的因素提出防范策略,以优化医疗服务。结果我科近1年实施防范策略,加强护患沟通,优化医疗服务,医疗纠纷的发生率明显降低。结论提高护患沟通质量,优化医疗服务,能有效预防医疗纠纷的发生。
