| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)对手术后患者角膜泪膜稳定性及角膜表面规则性的影响。方法：对接受LASIK手术的205例398只眼手术前后行荧光素钠染色、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜地形固进行观察。结果：LASIK手术术前戴隐形眼镜患者BUT明显比正常限时间短，手术后6个月内普遍泪膜破裂时间较术前缩短，差异有显著性(P＜0．05)，角膜上皮愈合时间延长，角膜表面规则指数(surface regularity index,SRI)角膜表面非对称指数（surface asyrnmetry index,SAI)数值增高，较术前差异有显著性(P＜-．05)，术后随时间推移逐渐减小，一年左右接近正常水平。结论：LASIK手术可降低角膜泪膜的稳定性，发生机制与角膜表面规则性降低有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of corne al surface regularity and tear film after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods: Three hundred and ninety eight myopic eyes that underw ent LASIK were oberserved, fluorescein staining(FL), tear break up time(BUT), c orneal topography was examined preoperatively and 1 day, 1 week, 2 week, 1 month , 3 month, 6 month, 1 year postoperatively. Results: The tear br eak up time of whom wear contact lens was shorter than of those didn't wear.The re were obvious decreases in BUT in 6 month postoperatively( P <0.05), but sur face regularity index(SRI), surface asymmetry index(SAI) were obvious increased in 1 year postoperatively.Conclusion:LASIK does have some effect s on tear film, the surface irregularity of corneal maybe the cause of dry eye a fter LASIK. |
