| 摘 要： | 癫痫是神经系统常见疾病之一,其发病机制非常复杂,迄今尚未完全阐明。近年来的研究表明,癫痫发作时大脑神经元的异常放电与神经递质、离子通道、神经胶质细胞、突触联系、遗传及免疫等的异常有密切关系。本文就以上方面对癫痫发生机制的研究进展进行综述,以便深入理解癫痫发病机制,为诊断、预防与治疗提供必要的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Epilepsy is one of the common diseases in the nervous system with its complicated pathogenesis still remained unknown. Recent studies showed that the abnormal discharge from neurons at the onset of epilepsy is closely related with the abnormality of neurotransmitter, ion channel, glial cells, synapse, genetic and immune factors. Following is a review of the advances in path ogenesis of epilepsy in order to provide the theoretical evidence for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of epilepsy. |
