重型颅脑损伤患者家属心理状况调查

目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤患者家属的心理健康状况及其影响因素.方法 采用90 种症状自评量表(symptom checklist90,SCL-90) 对40 例重型颅脑损伤患者家属进行心理状态调查,并进行量化分析与评价.结果 重型颅脑损伤患者家属在SCL-90 总分、躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性等因子评分上明显高于国内常模(P<0.01),而强迫、恐怖、偏执因子评分与常模比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).女性家属SCL-90 总分及除恐怖、偏执、人际关系外各因子分均明显高于男性家属(P<0.05,其中抑郁、焦虑、敌对三项P<0.01).结论 重型颅脑损伤患者家属尤其是女性,是发生心理障碍的高危人群,要高度重视家属的心理健康状况,及时进行心理干预.

Mental health in family members of patients with severe traumatic brain injury

Objective To study the mental health in family members of patients with severe traumatic brain injury and its influence factors.Methods Mental health in 40 family members of patients with severe brain trauma was scored with the symptom check list-90(SCL-90),and quantitatively analyzed and assessed.Results The total SCL-90 score of somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,and psychoticism was significantly higher in family members of patients with severe traumatic brain injury than in ordinary people(P<0.01).No significant difference was observed in scores of compulsive disease,fear,paranoid factors between family members of patients with severe traumatic brain injury and ordinary people(P>0.05).The total SCL-90 score of anxiety,depression and hostility(except for fear,paranoid factor and interpersonal relationship) was significantly higher in female family members than in male family members of patients with severe traumatic brain injury(P<0.05).Conclusion The family members,especially female family members of patients with severe traumatic brain injury,are at a high risk of suffering from psychological disorder,and great importance should be attached to their mental health with timely psychological intervention.
