酒精中毒对重型颅脑损伤的影响及纳洛酮疗效观察

目的:研究酒精中毒对重型颅脑损伤愈后的影响,同时观察纳洛酮对酒精中毒后重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,对我院2000年1月~2005年1月入院的重型颅脑损伤患者进行研究,观察酒精中毒对重型颅脑损伤愈后的影响;同时对酒精中毒组和非酒精中毒组进行随机分组,其中A组和C组早期应用纳洛酮,B组和D组除未用纳洛酮外,其它治疗与A组和C组基本相同。结果:酒精中毒组的重型颅脑损伤愈后明显低于非酒精中毒组(P<0.05),纳洛酮能明显提高重度颅脑损伤的疗效(P<0.05)。结论:伴有酒精中毒的重型颅脑损伤愈后较差,早期应用纳洛酮可以提高治疗效果。

Effect of hydrochloride naloxone and the prognosis of traumatic brain injury after alcohol-intoxicated

Objective:To study the prognosis of alcohol-intoxicated patients after traumatic brain injuries and the treatment effect of hydrochloride naloxone on them.Methods:Patients suffered from traumatic brain injuries between 2000 Jan and 2005 Jan in our hospital were investigated to observe the effects of alcohol-intoxication on traumatic brain injury.The alcohol-intoxicated patients and non-alcohol-intoxicated patients were randomly assigned.The patients in group A and C were treated with naloxone,and the patients in group B and D were treated with almost the same methods except naloxone.Results:There were statistically significant differences in terms of the prognosis of alcohol-intoxicated patients and non-alcohol-intoxicated patients(P<0.05).Naloxone did benefit to patients with traumatic brain injury(P<0.05).Conclusions:The prognosis of the alcohol-intoxicated patients suffered from severe traumatic brain injury is worse and Naloxone could improve the treatment effect.
