Making innovations in management and formulating competitive strategies of the hospital

Hospital managers are now confronted with the task of strengthening research on hospital management innovations with the current status and the future of the hospital in mind.Only by mapping out the best competitive strategies with great vision and far-sightedness while having a thorough understanding of the internal conditions of the hospital and the changes in external circumstances can a hospital witness uninterrupted growth and expansion, constantly maintain sustainable and coordinated development,and seek survival and development amid fierce competition in the market.The aim of formulating hospital competitive strategies is to turn potential core powers into realistic core competitive powers.Hospital management models must fit in with the development and changes of the medical market so as to gain the initiative amid fierce competition in the market.The paper discusses by the PLA General Hospital in blazing new trails in hospital management ideas,management structures,management systems,management mechanisms and the necessity for modern hospitals to formulate competitive strategies by including development positioning,mid-and long-term planning,quality construction year,and construction of a digitalized hospital.
