| 摘 要： | 目的调查飞行人员情绪情感状态、精神健康状况。方法对2008年1月-12月在我院住院治疗的飞行人员及地勤人员进行问卷调查,项目包括情绪情感状态自评量表及SCL-90精神症状自评量表。结果飞行人员的消极情绪情感状态因子＂疲惫-惰性＂、＂困惑-迷茫＂评分均显著高于地勤人员组（P〈0.05）,而积极的情绪情感状态因子＂有力-好动＂评分则显著低于地勤人员组（P〈0.05）。飞行人员的症状自评量表中＂躯体化＂、＂强迫症状＂、＂人际关系敏感＂、＂抑郁＂、＂焦虑＂及＂恐怖＂等项目评分均显著高于地勤人员组（P〈0.05）。结论飞行人员情绪情感状态及精神健康状况存在一定程度的恶化。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mood state and mental health of aircrews. Methods Mood state and mental health of aircrews and ground crews admitted to our hospital from January to December 2008 were investigated with profile of mood state（POMS） and symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）, respectively. Results The scores of passive mood factors, including tirednessinertia and perplexity-confusion, were significantly higher for aircrews than for ground crews（P〈0.05）. The scores of positive mood factors, including somatization, compulsory symptoms, interpersonal relation sensitivity, depression, anxiety and horror according to the SCL-90 were significantly higher for aircrews than for ground crews（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mood state and mental health of aircrews may deteriorate at a certain extent. |
