高性能战斗机改装体检暂时飞行不合格原因分析

目的总结航卫保障和高性能战斗机飞行员的改装体检经验。方法对高性能战斗机改装体检时结论为原机种暂时飞行不合格的75名飞行员资料进行综合分析。结果暂时飞行不合格原因中外科病症14例，神经精神科病症4例，内科病症13例，眼科病症3例，耳鼻咽喉科病症4例，特殊功能检查不合格38例，分别占原机种暂时飞行不合格的18．7％、5．3％、17.3％、4．0％、5．3％和50．7％。结论高性能战斗机飞行员改装体检所发现的原机种暂时飞行不合格的病症是前二代战机飞行安全的潜在隐患，须引起高度重视。

Pilots of modified high performance fighters who are unqualified for temporal flying after physical examination: An analysis of their reasons

Objective To summarize the experiences in physical examination of pilots of modified high performance fighters and in their aeromedical support. Methods Data about 75 pilots of modified high performance fighters who were unqualified for temporal flying after physical examination were analyzed. Results Of the 75 pilots of modified high performance fighters who were unqualified for temporal flying after physical examination, 14（18.7%）were due to surgical diseases, 4（5.3%）due to nervous system diseases, 13（17.3%）due to medical diseases, 3（4.0%）due to ophthalmologic diseases, 4（5.3%）due to otolaryngologic （ENT） diseases, and 38（50.7%）due to their special functions below proof. Conclusion Thediseases of pilots of modified high performance fighters detected in physical examination are the potential dangers in flying safety of the second generation fighters, to which great importance must be attached.
