退变性腰椎滑脱症的手术治疗

目的:研讨退变性腰椎滑脱症的发病原因及治疗。方法:对应用RF-II装置加BAK椎间融合器手术治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症35例患者的手术方法及疗效进行分析。结果:短节段椎弓根螺钉系统复位效果满意,滑脱复位率100%,椎间融合率100%,无滑脱丢失。87.2%疗效优良。结论:应用RF-II装置加BAK椎间融合器手术治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症,效果满意。

Surgical treatment for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis

Objective: To evaluate surgical treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods: 35 decompressive laminectomy,partial cases were received and appended internal fixation or interbody fusion with autogenous bone graft or with fusion cage inserted posterolaterally.Results: All patients achieved radiographic fusion,and there were no complication in this series.Conclusion: The orientation of lumbar facet joint has an important etiologic meaning in the occurrence of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Surgical treatment to degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with posterior lumbar interbody fusion using fusion cage is an ideal which enables to achieve sufficient posterior decompression,and reduce the deformity.
