| 摘 要： | 目的探讨反义核酸药物癌泰得对乳腺癌细胞株的体外杀伤作用。方法1）MTT法测定不同浓度癌泰得对乳腺癌细胞株BT474的抑制率。2）Annexin/PI双染法,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡比率。结果MTT法观察到癌泰得对BT474细胞的杀伤作用,流式细胞仪检测到BT474细胞凋亡率达16.82%,以晚期凋亡为主。结论癌泰得对BT474细胞有抑制作用,抑制率与浓度呈线性相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the in vitro killing effect of an antisense oligodeoxynucleotide drug, cantide, on breast cancer cell strains. Methods Inhibition rate of cantide for BT474 breast caner cell strains was assayed by MTT and cell apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry with Annexin/PI double staining. Results MTT showed the killing effect of cantide on BT474 cells.After Annexin/PI staining, flow cytometry showed that the apoptosis rate of BT474 cells was 16.82%, mainly manifested as end-stage apo... |
