广州管圆线虫病3例报告

目的探讨广州管圆线虫病临床特点及诊断方法。方法对3例患者的诊疗过程结合文献综合分析。结果2例患者均因未询问出病史、第1次化验时血嗜酸性粒细胞分类正常、脑脊液化验与结核性脑病类似而误诊。另1例因第1次脑脊液检查中嗜酸性粒细胞分类明显增高，追询病史而确诊。结论仔细询问病史、认真查体，临床症状与影像学检查结合血及脑脊液嗜酸性粒细胞分类、特异性抗体检测可有效、明确地诊断。

Angiostrongylus cantonensis:A report of three cases

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnosis of angiostrongylus cantonensis. Methods Diagnosis of 3 cases was analyzed based on the review of literature. Results Of the 3 cases, 2 were misdiagnosed as tuberculosis meningitis since they had no clear history of infection with angiostrongylus, their eosinophil count was normal and their CSF test was similar to tuberculosis meningitis. The other case with a history of infection with angiostrongylus was diagnosed as eosinopilocytosis since eosinophils were found in cerebrospinal fluid. Conclusion Angiostrongylus cantonensis can be diagnosed based on the history of infection with angiostrongylus, physical examination, clinical symptoms and imaging examination. Chemotherapy is effective against angiostrongylus cantonensis.
