| 摘 要： | 本文对面功能性接触面积的含义提出自己的见解,并提出一种用计算机图像处理系统测量总义齿(牙合)面功能性接触面积的方法,据此探讨其与咀嚼效率的关系。本文共测总义齿16例,结果表明(牙合)面功能性接触面积与咀嚼效率为显著的正相关关系。提示保证一定的(牙合)面面积是行使咀嚼功能的基础;(牙合)面不同区域在咀嚼中的作用各有侧重;减径时应以减支持尖为主,非支持尖应保持一定的宽度。

| Abstract: | The author's opinion is advanced about the meaning of the functional occlusal contact area, and then a new method is proposed tn measure occlusal contact area in complete denture by IBAS 2000 (Interactive Image Analysis System). 16 cases are analyed in this article. The result indicates that a given occlusal contact area is basic to mastication; different parts of the occlusal area function different in mastication, so we should handle it differently. |
