单操作孔全胸腔镜下肺叶切除的手术配合

目的探讨单操作孔全胸腔镜下肺叶切除的手术配合。方法回顾性分析2009年9月－2010年3月29例单操作孔全胸腔镜肺叶切除的手术配合特点和经验。结果手术护士充分的术前准备、良好的医患沟通是开展此项手术的前提，术中要求严格无菌操作，密切观察手术动态，快速准确的传递手术器械是顺利手术的保障。结论单操作孔全胸腔镜肺叶切除对手术配合要求较高。手术护士通过认真准备、不断总结经验，能够保证此新技术的顺利开展。

Cooperation of nurses during uniport video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy

Objective To study the cooperation of surgical nurses during uniport video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy. Methods Cooperation characteristics and experience of surgical nurses in uniport video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy for 29 patients were retrospectively reviewed. Results Careful preparation of surgical nurses before operation and good communication between surgical nurses and patients were the prerequisite for the successful operation. Aseptic manipulation, close observation of operation processes, rapid and accurate delivery of surgical instruments were the keys to a success of the operation. Conclusion Uniport video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy requires the effective cooperation of surgical nurses. Only by careful preparation and summarization of their experience, can such an operation procedure be successfully performed.
