| 摘 要： | 对252例心电图的23项指标作判别分析,选出分值差在20以上的9项指标,作为心电图诊断肺心病的标准.此标准将肺心病心电图阳性率提高到99.02％.其诊断符合率与1977年肺心病心电图诊断标准对比,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01).与1977年诊断主要条件7项对照,其中有4项指标相同;有3项指标未被本资料选上.本资料另增加了5项指标,并对一些指标进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | Tweety-three indexes of 252 cases were analysed and nine indexes were selected as the ECG diagnostic criterion of pulmonary heart disease. The ECG positive rate of pulmonary heart disease was raised to 99.02 per cent with this criterion. Compared with the criterion of ECG diagnosis in 1977, the difference was highly significant in the diagnostic accordance rate ( P<0.01 ). Compared with the seven main indexes in 1977, four were similar to those in this datum but three were not selected. Five indexes were added to this datum and some were discussed. |
