急性高血压脑出血微创清除术近期疗效分析

摘    要:目的 分析急性高血压脑出血颅内血肿微创清除术及内科治疗的近期效果。方法  5 0例 (手术组 )给予微创颅内血肿清除术 ,3 0例 (保守组 )给予常规内科治疗 ,比较两组治疗后总有效率、病死率及不同时期神经功能缺损程度。结果 手术组总有效率 (80 % )明显高于对照组 (4 0 % ) ,χ2 =13 .187,P <0 .0 1;病死率 (12 % )明显低于对照组 (4 6.67% ) ,χ2 =10 .3 3 5 ,P <0 .0 1;神经功能缺损评分也明显减少 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 颅内血肿微创清除术是治疗急性高血压脑出血的有效方法

Abstract:Objective To analyze the observation of the near future effects of intracranial hematoma debridement and medicinal treatment on acute hypertension cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Minimally invasive debridement was operated on 50 patients with acute hypertension cerebral hemorrhage (Operation Group) and conventional medicinal treatment was given to 30 patients with the same disease (Conservative Treatment Group) for the comparison of total effective rate, fatality rate and coloboma of neural functions in various stages of the two groups. Results It was revealed that the total effective rate of the operation group was as high as 80%, much higher than the 40% of the conservative treatment group with χ 2=13.187, P<0.01; the 12% fatality rate was also obviously lower than the 46.67% of the control group with χ 2=10.335, P<0.01; The grade of the neural function appraisals was also seemingly reduced (P<0.01). Conclusion Intracranial hematoma debridement turned to be an effective treatment for patients with acute hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.
