| 摘 要： | 为研究乌蕨的抗菌活性强度 ,采用二倍平皿稀释法将其与黄连、黄芩、穿心莲等抑菌结果进行比较。结果显示 :乌蕨抗菌作用与黄连、黄芩相近 ,而强于穿心莲。认为乌蕨是一种具有较强抗菌活性的中草药

| Abstract: | A diploid plate dilution method was used to evaluate the antiseptic activity intensity of Stenoloma chusanum (L) Ching, and compared to those of Coptis chinensis Franch, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Andrographis paniculate (Bum.f) nees. Results showed that the antiseptic function of Stenoloma Chusanum (L) Ching was nearly the same as those of Coptis Chinensis Franch and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, and was stronger than that of Andrographis paniculate (Bum.f) Nees. This study indicated that Stenoloma Chusanum (L) Ching was a stronger antiseptic type of Traditional Chinese Medicine. |
