| 摘 要： | 目的建立同时测量丹栀逍遥片中阿魏酸和丹皮酚含量的方法。方法采用Alltima-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6×150mm);流动相采用甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长为274nm;柱温:25℃。结果阿魏酸在2.78～27.8μg/ml的范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.83%,RSD=2.5%(n= 6),丹皮酚在10.96～109.6μg/ml的范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=0.6% (n=6)。结论用RP-HPLC同时测定丹栀逍遥片中阿魏酸和丹皮酚含量,方法准确、简便,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and paeonol quantity in Danzhixiaoyao tablets by RP - HPLC. Methods Alltima - C18 column （5μm, 4.6mm × 250 mm） was used with mobile phase of methanol - 0.5 % phosphoric acid solution gradient elution. The flow rate was set at 1.0ml/min, and the UV detection wavelength at 274nm, and the column temperature at 25℃ Results The linear ranges for ferulic acid and paeonol were 2.78-27.8μg/ml（ r = 0. 9998） and 10.96-109.6μg/ml （ r = 0. 9998）, the mean recovery was 98.83 % （RSD = 2.5 % ） for ferulic acid and 99.6 % （RSD = 0.6 % ） for paeonol. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. |
