胃镜下云南白药联合兰索拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血42例临床观察

目的探讨胃镜下云南白药散剂联合兰索拉唑胶囊混合溶解液喷洒治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法观察组42例用云南白药散剂与兰索拉唑胶囊溶解液治疗;对照组45例用冰冻生理盐水加去甲肾上腺素内镜下治疗。结果观察组止血效果显著优于对照组(χ2=12.26,P<0.01);再出血率(11.91%)与对照组(35.56%)比较也明显降低(χ2=6.64,P<0.05)。结论在胃镜确诊下,应用云南白药散剂联合兰索拉唑胶囊混合溶解液喷洒溃疡出血灶止血临床效果满意。

Controlling peptic ulcer hemorrhage by gastroscopic spraying Yunnan Baiyao powder combined with Lansoprazole capsules mixed with normal saline

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of gastroscopic spraying Yunnan Baiyao powder combined with Lansoprazole capsules mixed with normal saline.Methods In the observation group,42 cases received the treatment of gastroscopic spraying Yunnan powder combined with Lansoprazole capsules mixed with normal saline.In the control group,45 cases were sprayed with ice normal saline combined with norepinephrine.Results By comparison with the controls,the efficacy of hemostasis were better(χ~2=12.26,P<0.01);the recurrent bleeding was also lower(11.91% vs.35.56%,χ~2=6.64,P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of hemostasis is satisfactory by gastroscopic spraying Yunnan powder combined with Lansoprazole capsules mixed with normal saline in the peptic ulcer bleeding foci.
