| 摘 要： | 目的探讨EB病毒与消化道肿瘤发生的关系。方法 用双温聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增出EB病毒Bam W区的121bp DNA片段,对233份消化道肿瘤和83份消化道良性疾病的内镜活捡标本进行了EB病毒DNA检测。结果消化道肿瘤内镜活检组织中EB病毒阳性率为6.44％(15/233),30例癌旁、远离癌灶5cm以上组织和非肿瘤病交均阴性。结论 消化道肿瘤内镜活检组织中EB病毒感染率低,两者关系的进一步研究,有助于EB病毒致瘤机制的阐明。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between EB virus and the development of digestive system neoplasms. Methods A two temperature polymerase chain reaction technique was used to examine the EB virus DNA from 316 biopsy tissues with different digestive system lesions. The amplified product 121 bp DNA was in EB virus Bam W zone. Results The positive rate of EB virus infection was 6. 44% (15/233) in digestive system neoplasms, and the EB virus DNA was negative in 30 lateral cancer tissues and non- neoplasm lesions of 5cm far from cancer foci. Conclusion The positive rate of EB virus infection was low in digestive system neoplasms. The rela-tionshop between EB virus and digestive system neoplasms would be further studied. |
