| 摘 要： | 为探讨治疗前列腺增生 (BenignProstaticHyertroph ,BPH)的新方法 ,经尿道前列腺电汽化术 (TVRP)治疗BPH138例。结果显示 :术后排尿梗阻症状消失 ,随访 1～ 18个月 ,残余尿由术前 138.2± 45 .7ml降至 16 .0± 2 .6ml,IPSS由术前2 6 .6± 1.4分降至 9.7± 1.5分 ,QOL由术前 5 .4± 0 .5分降至 2 .0± 0 .4分 ,最大尿流率由术前 10 .8± 2 .1ml/s增至 2 0 .5± 2 .4ml/s。认为TVRP是治疗BPH的有效、安全且并发症少的新方法。如术前作膀胱造瘘、缩短手术时间、避免包膜穿孔等可使全身情况较差者手术成功

| Abstract: | In order to investigate new methods for the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), 138 patients with BPH received transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate. Results showed that the emiction obstruction disappeared. In the follow-up from 1 to 18 months it was noted that the residual urine decreased from 138.2±45.7ml to 16.0±2.6ml, IPSS decreased from 26.6±1.4 by 9.7±1.5, QOL decreased from 5.4±0.5 to 2.0±0.4, and the maximal uroflow ratio increased from 10.8±2.1ml/s to 20.5±2.4ml/s. This report suggests that TVRP is an effective and safe new therapy with less complication for the treatment of BPH. A fistulation for bladder before operation, the shortened operative time and the avoidance of capsular perforation can result in a successful operation for patients in poor condition. |
