军校学员体能训练应对方式与学业自我效能感、成就动机的关系

摘    要:军校学员身体素质是军人职业教育的重要一环,但军事体能训练专业性强、内容广、强度大1-2],一定程度上增加了学员的身心负担,使不少学员出现焦虑、退缩、烦躁甚至抑郁3-4],对训练效果造成不良影响.实践发现,不同学员应对体能训练方式存在差异.有的学员可以积极筹划参与体能训练,有的学员通过寻求宣泄和社会支持处理体能训练带来的不良情绪,而有的学员等待时机进行克制性应对.因此,引导学员积极应对和参与体能训练,对培养全方位合格的军校学员和提高院校军事体育教育与训练水平尤为重要.

Relationship of physical training coping style with academic self-efficacy and achievement motivation of students in military universities

Abstract:Objective] To explore self-efficacy and achievement motivation to physical training coping style of cadets. Methods] Using the Cluster sampling, 377 students were recruited to complete the physical training cope scale, academic self-efficacy questionnaire and achievement motivation scale. Independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences of physical training coping styles among different demographic variables. Pearson correlation analysis and structural equation model were used to explore the relationship between physical training coping styles, self-efficacy and achievement motivation. Results] A total of 377 questionnaires were sent out and 358 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 95.0%. The average age of 358 students was 20.13 ± 1.759 (17-25), including 264 male and 94 female students, 280 clinical specialty and 78 non-clinical specialty, 207 Juniors and 151 Seniors. The female students had significantly higher scores in emotional management factors of coping style than the male students (t = 2.502, P < 0.05); Except for correlation between learning behavior self-efficacy and failure avoidance, the three dimensions of physical training coping style were significantly correlated with the two dimensions of academic self-efficacy and achievement motivation (P<0.01); Achievement motivation played a partly mediating role in the relationship of physical training coping style and academic self-efficacy (95% CI: 0.021 ~ 0.209). Conclusions] The self-efficacy of cadets influences their physical training coping style through achievement motivation. In the process of teaching and training, we should adopt the strategy of step by step, so that the cadets can enhance their sense of self-efficacy in the successful experience, further mobilize their achievement motivation, and take active part in physical training.
