| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高压氧治疗在颅脑损伤中的应用。方法：回顾性分析重型颅脑损伤患者42例的临床资料，观察高压氧配合治疗的临床疗效。结果：42例患者治愈28例，显效8例，有效5例，无效1例，无死亡病例，总有效率为97．6％。结论：高压氧综合治疗重型颅脑损伤有助于昏迷患者意识恢复，提高临床治愈率，降低死亡率，改善患者生命质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the application of hypobaric oxygen treatment in craniocerebral injury.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical datas of 42 patients with craniocerebral injury to investigate the effect of hypobaric oxygen treatment.Results: Out of 42 patients,28 patients were healed,8 cases showed excellent results,5 cases showed effective results,and 1 case showed inefficiency,with total efficiency rate 92.6%.Conclusion: Hypobaric oxygen treatment can make for consciousness recovery,increase clinical healing rate,decline death rate,and improve the quality of patients' life. |
