压疮103例临床分析

目的：探讨压疮的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：回顾分析103例患者临床资料,并比较不同局部治疗方法的有效率。结果：痊愈22例,好转68例,未愈8例,因合并其他疾病死亡5例,总有效率为87.38%。局部换药37例,有效率为78.72%;神灯照射＋湿润烧伤膏＋局部换药15例,有效率为93.75%;超激光治疗仪照射＋庆大霉素＋局部换药18例,有效率为94.74%;氧气疮面治疗＋神灯照射＋庆大霉素＋局部换药20例,有效率为95.24%。局部换药组与其他3种局部治疗方法组有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P均＆lt;0.05）。结论：对压疮的局部治疗选用多种方法联合治疗效果好,值得临床推广。

Clinic analysis of 103 cases with pressure sore

Objective:To explore the clinic character and treatment of pressure sore. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinic data of 103 cases,and compared the efficacy of different local treatment. Results: 22 cases were in cure,68 cases were improved,8 cases were ineffective,5 cases were dead due to complication with total efficacy as 87.38%. 37 cases had dressing changing with efficacy as 78.82%,15 cases were treated by light radiation,moisture plaster application for burns and local dressing changing with efficacy as 93.75%,18 cases were treated by super laser radiation,gentamicin and local dressing changing with efficacy as 94.74%,20 cases were treated by oxygen therapy,light radiation,gentamicin and local dressing changing with efficacy as 95.24%. The difference between group with local dressing changing and groups other local therapy was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined local therapy for pressure sore is effective,and deserves extensive clinic application.
