摘    要:目的:观察中药治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效。方法:60例SAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例),常规西医综合治疗基础上,治疗组予自拟柴胡四黄汤口服,1剂/日;对照组给予大柴胡汤口服,1次/日,两组疗程均为7d,观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效、并发症的发生及临床症状、体征消失或恢复时间和血浆内皮素(ET)的水平。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组总有效率(93.3%)明显升高(P<0.05),病死率(3.3%)及并发症发生率(33.3%)明显降低(P<0.01),各临床症状、体征消失或恢复时间明显缩短(P<0.05~0.01),ET水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:中药能明显提高SAP临床有效率,减少病死率及并发症的发生,促进SAP早期恢复。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on severe acute pancratitis.Methods: 60 SAP cases were divided at random into treatment group and control group(30 cases each).Based on the standardized western medicine treatment,the treatment group were given chai-hu-shi-huang decoction once a day;the control group were given da-chai-hu decoction once daily,with both treatment period of 7 days.The clinical effect,incidence of complications,disappearing time of symptoms or discovery time of signs and plasma endothelin(ET) of both groups after treatment were observed.Result: Comparing with control group,total clinical efficacy(93.3%) increased(P<0.05),mortality(3.3%) and incidence of complications(33.3%) decreased(P<0.01),disappearing time of symptoms or discovery time of signs were shortened(P<0.05~0.01),and level of ET declined(P<0.01).Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine can improve efficacy in treatment of SAP,decline mortality and incidence of complication,and promote early recovery.
