中西医结合治疗胃癌的疗效分析

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胃癌的临床疗效。方法:以我院2007年3月～2010年2月收治的135例胃癌患者为研究对象,分为单纯中医组、单纯手术组、中西医结合组,每组45例,比较3组的有效率、复发率、并发症发生率、不良反应发生率及住院天数和生存时间。结果:3组有效率、复发率及并发症发生率差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别为17.96、17.04、11.90,P<0.05),不良反应发生率无明显差异(χ2=0.28,P>0.05)。单纯中医组、单纯手术组、中西医结合组住院天数分别为(27.2±4.6)、(25.4±5.7)、(18.5±4.5)d,生存期分别为(16.6±7.2)、(23.1±8.5)、(46.3±13.8)个月,3组间差异均有统计学意义(F分别为9.83、22.83,P均<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胃癌疗效较好,可以减轻毒副作用,是目前治疗胃癌最为理想的选择。

Effects of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine on prevention and treatment of gastric cancer

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficiency of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on prevention and treatment of gastric cancer for a better prevention and treatment of gastric carcinoma.Methods:A total of 136 patients with gastric cancer that admitter to our hospital during March 2007 and February 2010 were divided into 2 groups randomly.Clinical efficiency,complications,side effects,duration of hospital stay,post-discharge recurrence rate and survival time were compared between the two groups.Result:There was significant difference in efficiency,relapse rate and complication incidence among three groups(χ2=17.96,17.04,11.90,P<0.05),but no significant difference in incidence of side effect(χ2=0.28,P>0.05).Length of stay was(27.2±4.6),(25.4±5.7),(18.5±4.5) d and survival time were(16.6±7.2),(23.1±8.5),(46.3±13.8) in TCM group,surgery group and western medicine integrated with TCM group,respectively,with significant difference among groups(F=9.83,22.83,P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine shows great efficiency on prevention and treatment of gastric cancer with less side effects,and is an optimum treatment for gastric cancer.
