| 摘 要： | 目的：观察国产奈达铂周剂量同步放化疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌的近期疗效。方法：选用2005年6月～2007年5月食管癌患者38例，采取奈达铂（NDP）单药增敏同步放化疗。结果：近期临床有效率为89．5％。白细胞、血小板下降多在1～2度，3度仅有2例；恶心、呕吐及食管黏膜反应多在0～2度。结论：奈达铂（NDP）周剂量同步放化疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌近期疗效较好，但周剂量的具体用量及远期疗效有待进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the short-term efficacy of nedaplatin made in China at weekly dose concurrent with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in aged patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:38 aged patients who suffered from advanced esophageal cancer during June 2005 and May 2007 were administrated to nedaplatin single agent sensitizing concurrent with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results:The short-term efficacy rate was 89.5%,white blood cell and blood platelet dropped to 1～2 degree in most cases,to 3 degree in 2 cases.Nausea,vomiting and esophageal reaction was 0～2 degree,separately.Conclusion:The short-term efficacy of nedaplatin at weekly dose concurrent with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in aged patients with advanced esophageal cancer is good,but the specific weekly dose and long-term efficacy need further study. |
