摘    要:目的:分析早期大剂量滴注丙种球蛋白结合长时间蓝光照射治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸疗效。方法:对2006~2007年收治出生后3d内出现的新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸的52例患儿,将其中早期大剂量滴注丙种球蛋白结合长时间蓝光照射治疗的26例作为治疗组,余26例只按常规治疗的患儿作为对照组。比较两组间疗效差异。结果:两组均有确切疗效,治疗组在退黄效果、疗程、溶血程度控制方面明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:在发现新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸时即给予大剂量滴注丙种球蛋白结合长时间蓝光照射治疗,对控制继续溶血、退黄有确切疗效,并能缩短疗程.值得推广。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of high-dose intravenous immune globulin plus blue light irradiation on neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice. Methods: 52 cases of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice were divided into treatment group and control group by half. The treatment group were treated with high-dose intravenous immune globulin plus blue light irradiation; while, the control were treated with routine therapy. Results: Both the treatment group and control were improved, of which the former one showed better effects of eliminating jaundice, shorter course of treatment. Conclusion: Application of high-dose intravenous immune globulin plus blue light irradiation in time can decrease the course of treatment with confirmed effects on neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice.
