| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)致中间综合征(IMS)的临床表现及诊治方法。方法:对28例IMS患者的临床表现及治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果:28例患者均先后发生呼吸肌麻痹,均给予气管插管机械通气及足量的复能剂等治疗,10例进行了血液灌流(HP),抢救成功25例,死亡3例。结论:严密观察、早期诊断、及时行机械通气、足量复能剂和血液灌流是抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical manifestation,diagnostic methods and treatment of intermediate syndrome(IMS) caused by acute organophosphorous poisoning(AOPP).Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestation and treatment of 28 patients with IMS was done.Results:Respiratory muscular paralysis presented in all patients and were all treated with tracheal intubation and enough dosage of energy preparation.10 patients had HP.Of the 28 cases,25 survived and 3 died.Conclusion:Close observation,early diagnosis,instant mechanical ventilation,enough supply of energy preparation and HP are the key measures for the management of AOPP with IMS. |
