摘    要:目的:研究杨梅多酚对受核辐射损伤小鼠血液系统的保护作用,为抗核辐射损伤药物的开发提供床前药效预试。方法:采用60Co-r射线致小白鼠有形血细胞下降的动物模型。结果:杨梅多酚能提高有形血细胞计数,在杨梅多酚组和病理模型对照组之间有显著性差异(P<0.01),并能保护血液系统功能。结论:杨梅多酚可保护小白鼠由核辐射引起的有形血细胞减少。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effects of Bayberry Polyphenol BPP on Mouse's hematologic injury by nuclear radiation in order to provide preclinical pharmacodynamic data for developing drug against nuclear radiation. Methods: The injured mouse model with decreasing tangible blood cells was induced by 60Co-r radiation. Results: BPP elevated tangible blood cell amount in the blood system and the difference between BPP and control group of pathological model was significant P<0.01. BPP showed protective effect on function of blood system. Conclusion: BPP could increase tangible blood cell induced by nuclear radiation. It is suggested that BPP could protect the function of blood system.
