摘    要:目的:研究见血封喉树叶(Antiaris toxicaria Lesch.)的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂提取萃取法、柱色谱等方法分离纯化化学成分,通过理化性质、波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从见血封喉树叶中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为:壬二酸(1)、丁二酸(2)、香草酸(3)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离获得的已知化合物。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the antiaris toxicaria lesch leaves.Methods: Chromatographic methods were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents.Structural features of the purified compounds were identified by analyzing the physicochemical properties and spectroscopy characteristics.Results: There were a total of 3 compounds isolated from antiaris toxicaria lesch leaves including azelaic acid(1),succinic acid(2),and vanillic acid(3),respectively.Conclusion: Compounds 1~3 were ...
