| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effects of oral hydration therapy for prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy（CIN） after interventional therapy in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic kidney disease.Methods： A total of 102 patients that underwent PCI were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each.One group was treated with oral hydration therapy,while the other was given intravenous saline hydration therapy.Serum creatinine levels of the two groups before PCI and 2,3 days after PCI were measured and compared.Result： No significant differences in serum creatinine levels of the two groups before PCI and 2,3 days after PCI was observed（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： The oral hydration therapy is safe and simple,it can effectively prevent contrast-induced nephropathy. |
