血脂和hs-CRP水平对高尿酸血症患者预防心血管疾病的临床价值分析

目的：探讨血脂和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平检测对高尿酸血症患者预防心血管疾病的临床价值。方法：选取2012年1月-2013年10月我院收治的高尿酸血症患者99例作为观察组,同时选取同期在我院体检的无高尿酸血症患者或健康人87例作为对照组,对所有研究对象的尿酸、hs-CRP、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）及颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）进行检测,并对相关数据进行分析。结果：观察组尿酸、hs-CRP、SBP、DBP、TG、TC及IMT水平均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者hs-CRP、SBP、DBP、TC、TG异常率及颈动脉斑块率均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高尿酸血症患者尿酸水平与hs-CRP、SBP、DBP、TG、TC及IMT水平均呈正相关。结论：高尿酸血症患者发生高血压、高血脂及颈动脉粥样硬化可能性较高,可在临床早期对这些疾病进行预防。

Clinical value of hs-CRP and lipids level detection in prevention of cardiovascular disease for patients with hyperuricemia

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of hs-CRP and lipids level detection in prevention of cardiovascular disease for patients with hyperuricemia.Methods：A total of 99 patients with hyperuricemia in our hospital from January2012 to October 2013 were collected as observation group,and 87 healthy controls in our hospital were also collected as control group.The uric acid,hs-CRP,SBP,DBP,TC,TG and IMT level were detected.Results：The uric acid,hs-CRP,SBP,DBP,TC,TG and IMT level of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The abnormal rate of uric acid,hs-CRP,SBP,DBP,TC,TG and the carotid artery rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）;and the level of hs-CRP,SBP,DBP,TG,TC and IMT were positively correlated with the uric acid of observation group.Conclusions：Patients with hyperuricemia have higher incidence of hypertension,high cholesterol and atherosclerosis.
