湛江地区1986例健康体检者B超检查结果分析

目的:分析湛江地区健康体检者腹部B超检查结果,为预防保健工作提供依据。方法:对1 986例湛江地区健康体检者的腹部B超资料进行回顾性分析。结果:1 986例B超检查中发现异常者共933人,总检出率为46.97%;男性异常检出率为56.70%,女性异常检出率为34.41%;男性脂肪肝检出率35.63%,女性脂肪肝检出率22.52%,总异常检出率和脂肪肝检出率男性大于女性(P<0.05)。检出率居前五位的依次为脂肪肝、胆结石、肝囊肿、胆囊息肉、肝血管瘤,分别为29.91%、4.18%、4.13%、3.47%、2.11%。结论:B超检查能及时发现脂肪肝、肝囊肿、胆结石等症状不明显的疾病,为早期诊断和治疗提供依据。

Analysis of ultrasonic scanning results of 1 986 cases in Zhanjiang district

Objective; To investigate the result of abdominal B-ultrasonic examing among the healthy people in Zhanjiang, and to provide the reference for disease prevention and health care. Methods： The data of 1 986 healthy cases was retrospectively analyzed in Zhanjiang. Results= 933 cases were positive, with the total positive rate as 46.97%. Positive of male cases was 56.70% and female was 34.41%. The incidence of fatty liver in male was 35.63% and that in female was 22.52% . Both the total positive rate and the incidence of fatty liver in male were higher than that in female （P〈0.05）. The most frequent five diseases were as following： fatty liver（29.91%）, cholecystolithiasis （4.18%）, cyst of liver （4.13%）, gallpolyps （3.47%）, and heptic hemangioma （2.11%）. Conclusion： Disease without clinical symptom such as fatty liver can be found by ultrasonic exam, which will benefit early diagnosis and treatment.
