高危型HPV病毒负荷量与宫颈病变的相关性研究

目的：分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）病毒负荷量与宫颈病变的相关性。方法：随机抽取我院2010年1月～2013年1月门诊和住院部治疗的宫颈病变住院患者200例，采用第2代杂交捕获技术检测HPV，对比高危型HPV病毒负荷量与宫颈病变患者宫颈癌前病变（CIN）病变程度及年龄相关性。结果：慢性宫颈炎及CINI、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈癌各组HPV阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），不同年龄组患者（20-30、30～40、40～50、40～50岁组）HPV阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：高危型HPV病毒感染与宫颈癌前病变发生密切相关，并随着病变程度的加重感染率增高；高危型HPV病毒感染与宫颈病变年龄无相关性。

Relationship between high-risk HPV virus load and cervical lesions

Objective. To analyze the correlation between high-risk HPV virus load and cervical le- sions. Methods= A total of 200 cases of cervical lesions admitted from 2010 January to 2013 January were selected. HPV was detected by second generation of hybrid capture HPV test, and the correlation between age, high-risk HPV virus load and cervical lesions were analyze＆ Results= There was significant difference in positive rate of HPV among CIN I, CIN II , CIN III , cervical cancer groups （P〈0.05）, while the difference was not significant among different age groups （20-30 years old group, 30-40 years old group, 40-50 years old group and 40-50 years old group） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. High-risk HPV infection and cervical precancerous lesions are closely related, and with the severity of disease and infection rate increa- ses. There is no correlation between high-risk HPV infection and age.
